Below is my weekly schedule so you can see which rotation day your child has art class. Each week I will give an overview of what students will be learning and creating in art class. Monday- Create Notan or Wycinanki example
Tuesday- Finish Sketch, begin cutting paper for Narrative Art project.
Wednesday- Continue cutting paper.
Thursday-Continue cutting paper.
Friday-Continue cutting paper.

Intro to Art (2nd and 6th Periods)
Monday- Ten Hand Drawings
Tuesday- Ten Hand Drawings Due
Wednesday- Introduce Surealism and Surrealist Artists.
Thursday Surrealism activity.
Friday Review project requirements, begin sketching.

Sculpture (3rd Period)
Monday- Glaze clay sculptures
Tuesday- Kinetic Sculpture Reading Strategies
Wednesday- Principles of Design-complete worksheet
Thursday- Principles of Design-begin sketching ideas
Friday- Continue sketching ideas/experimenting with materials.

Advanced Sculpture (3rd Period)
Monday- Paint Memorial Sculpture
Tuesday Paint Memorial Sculpture
Wednesday- Review next project requirements and begin research/sketches.
Thursday- Continue research and sketching

Beginning Drawing (5th Period)
