will be completing in art class this week along with any important vocabulary
and/or artists.

students will complete sketchbook assignment.
The class will review the primary colors and how they are used to create all other colors.

The students will finish coloring in the sky of their Fall Tree.

Dress for Mess!!! The students will be painting this week!!! You can send them with an old t-shirt to use as a smock or simply just don’t send them in their nicest newest clothes! Thanks!!

1st Grade (Bridy-Day 1, Burns-Day 2, and
Cooper-Day 4)
The students will complete sketchbook assignment.
The students will be introduced to the artwork of Paul
Klee.
The students will discuss animals and plants found in
the ocean and complete worksheet in which they only color creatures found in
the ocean.
2nd Grade (Bell-Day 1, Schalles-Day 2, Ressler-Day 3, and Corinchock-Day 5)
The students will review information
on Egyptian art and hieroglyphics.
The students will finish
sketching their name and image and outline and color in.
The student who finish will
complete Mosaic coloring worksheet.
3rd Grade (Shadle-Day 2. Laudeman-Day 3, and
Selgrade-Day 5)
The students will be introduced to Mosaic artwork.
The students will practice drawing different types of leaves.
The students will sketch idea for Mosaic project.
4th Grade (Nestor-Day 1, Herring-Day 2, and
Burda-Day 3)
The students will review the artwork of Henri Rousseau.
The students will discuss his life and artwork.
The students will discuss animals and plants found in the jungle.
The students will apply information to complete worksheet on the
layers of the jungle and animals found in the different layers.
5th Grade (Kempsey-Day 3 and Wolfe-Day 4)
The students will follow along with handout to learn how to draw
various pieces of ribbon.
The students will finish the ribbon worksheet and then practice
drawing a ribbon from life.
6th Grade (Ney-Day 1, Adams-Day 2, Hysock-Day 3, and Kessler-Day 5)
The students will finish outlining and coloring in their Illuminated Names and hand in.
The students will begin Word Art worksheet.
